Kenyan President receives Abdullah bin Zayed

Nairobi - Kenyan President, Mwai Kibaki, received yesterday Foreign Minister, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who arrived earlier in Kenya as part of his tour of a number of African countries.
Sheikh Abdullah conveyed to the Kenyan President greetings from President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, H.H. General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and their wishes for more progress and prosperity for Kenya and its people.
President Kibaki also conveyed reciprocal greetings through Sheikh Abdullah to UAE President, Vice President and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to boost them for the mutual interest of the two countries.
UAE Ambassador to Sudan, Isa Abdullah Al-Basha Al Nuaimi, was present at the meeting.
Meanwhile, Sheikh Abdullah has also met with Kenyan Foreign Minister, Moses Wetangula. They discussed ways to boost joint cooperation between the UAE and Kenya and shared views on many issued of mutual interest.
