Nahyan receives Tony Blair
Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research HE Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan received at his palace yesterday former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. During the meeting they discussed the Middle East peace process.
Blair expressed his hope for achieving progress in peace negotiations between Palestinians and Israel. He said that the US policy under Obama's presidency has created optimism on the regional and global levels on finding satisfactory solutions for the problem. A number of Sheikhs and officials attended the meeting.
