Putin, Omani Sultan to discuss expansion of OPEC+ dialogue
MOSCOW, April 22. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said will focus on expansion of the dialogue in the OPEC+ format and coordination of efforts on ensuring the interest of hydrocarbon exporters on the oil market at the upcoming talks in Moscow, according to files released by the Kremlin.
"Much attention will be given to expansion of the dialogue in the OPEC+ format, coordination of efforts on ensuring interests of leading producers and exporters of hydrocarbons on the global oil market," the Kremlin said.
Russia and Oman participate in the OPEC+ agreement on crude productions cuts, which unites 22 countries.
Russia’s Lukoil cooperates with Oman on supplies of oil and petroleum products, according to files.
