UAE Ambassador in Tokyo receives visiting UAE students
Tokyo - July 28, 2009 (WAM) - UAE Ambassador to Japan, Saeed Ali Yusuf Al-Nuwais, has received here UAE students from the Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research, currently on a visit to Japan as part of a science programme.
The Ambassador briefed the students about UAE-Japan relations in various areas, particularly in the economic and education areas. He said UAE students studying in Japan have been deriving great benefit in their various areas of specialisation. He also briefed the students about the UAE Embassy's efforts to further strengthen relations of joint cooperation between the two countries. The students' programme schedules during the visit include a workshop, excursion and visit to some universities, museums and archaeological sites.
