“Graduate of “Bolashak”-2009”: realization of potential
Astana, November 26, 2009 (Khabar) - The forum on employment of graduates of “Bolashak” Presidential educational program has been opened in Astana. The campaign is held for the first time and over 300 graduates and 93 employers have taken part into it. Anastasiya Shinkaruk remembers how he passed the exams and tests to study in Czech Republic where she spent three years. She is now a specialist on food industry and she says “Bolashak” is the best of her dreams.

- It's not just a good opportunity, it was my only opportunity. I think it would be fateful for many of us, it gives a boost to the career of a future life.
Anastasia is already works in Pavlodar. She arrived to the forum to look for vacancies in Astana. Government representatives, officials of national holdings and large national and foreign business – companies are among the employers.
Anna Babinetz, graduate of “Bolashak ":
- I know that representatives of the Fund “Samruk” will be at forum and I will discuss the possibility of employment in this holding. It would be very interesting to hear about this possibility.
Anna Babinets learned management in the United States. She works not yet on her specialty. She hopes to find a job by profession. Over 300 graduates “Bolashak " in 2009. This program has been functioning for 15 years in Kazakhstan. It was initiated by the head of state in 1993. All these years, the program is actively supported by the Administration of the President. The governmental special commission was created and it is headed by Secretary of State. Many graduates are successfully employed for the benefit of the homeland, they are all good professionals and strong managers. For example, former student of “Bolashak” Dauren Toleuhanov now in the management of the Office of the Prime Minister, Zhomart Abiyessov is director of personnel management in the holding “Samruk-Kazyna”. The official part of the forum was continued by job fair with sections - civil service, IT - technology, medicine, oil and gas, finance and economics. Memorandum on cooperation has been signed during the forum by the leaders of “Bolashak” center, informational holding "Arna Media" and "Development Bank of Kazakhstan".
