Abdullah bin Zayed receives Algerian Foreign Minister
Abu Dhabi, June 3, 2008(WAM)--HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs met here yesterrday his Algerian counterpart Murad Madalsi.
Sheikh Abdullah and the visiting Algerian official discussed bilateral relations in addition to other regional and international issues of mutual interest.
Sheikh Abdullah told his Alegerian counterpart that the UAE haspermitted the opening of an Algerian Consulate General in Dubai.
At the end of their meeting the UAE and Algeria signed a Memorandum of Understanding concerning on political consultations between ministries of foreign affairs in the two countries.
