President of South Korea arrives

Abu Dhabi, Dec 27, 2009 (WAM)- President Lee Myung-bak of South Korea arrived yesterday in Abu Dhabi as he heads a high level delegation on a two-day visit to the UAE. He was received at the airport by General H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, H.E. Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of Foreign Trade, Abdullah Mohammed Abdul Wahid Al Maena, UAE Ambassador to Seoul, Chung Yong-chil, Korean Ambassador to the UAE and a number of senior officials. An official reception ceremony was given to President Lee Myung-bak as he inspected the Guards of Honour.
