Mohammed bin Rashid meets well-wishers
On the his occasion as Ruler of Dubai , Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum greeted yesterday participants in a march staged at Al Mimzar Beach to celebrate the occasion.
The huge carnival was joined by Dubai mounted police and band, as well as 12,000 students of public and private schools and centres for special needs.
The participants waved to H.H while chanting in his praise. They wished him good health and longevity to continue the march of development and progress.
Some 16 divers from the Emirates Diving Centre lowered a huge portrait of Sheikh Mohammed into the Gulf water in a symbolic move to express gratitude to Sheikh Mohammed as a leader who devoted himself to the service of his people.
