Abu Dhabi, Jan 6, 2010 (WAM) - The Japanese Media prominently highlighted the inauguration ceremony of Khalifa bin Zayed Tower through its reports and Japanese Nippon TV Channel described it as "The First Important Event of the Year".
In the television news that followed the details of the inauguration celebration, the channel reported that the launch of "Khalifa Tower" sparked new optimism regarding Dubai economic model.
On the other hand, the Japanese newspapers highlighted Khalifa Tower inauguration in their first pages where photographs of the world's tallest tower took large spaces. According to reports by Japanese media the brilliant opening of the tower would assure global investors that Dubai did not falter because of the financial crisis.
