Seoul shares tumble 4.38 pct on failed U.S. auto bailout
SEOUL, Dec. 12 (Yonhap) -- South Korean shares plunged 4.38 percent Friday as investor confidence was buffeted by the collapse of a U.S. bailout plan for automakers, analysts said.
